New Zealand may be the most beautiful place in the world!

This week has been such an amazing experience so for we have been in New Zealand for 5 days now and I finally got internet access. WOW!!! This really is an amazing place the beauty of the landscape truly reflects the majesty and creative power of our God.  But it would still be sweet if I could find network that would let me check my Facebook for more then 6 seconds before it crashes.

We have been based in Queenstown working with YWAM and Lighthouse church, teaching and training 30 kids in evangelism.

These kids are so amazing they will change the world with the gospel, so stoked to be able to build relationship and encourage these guys.

After 3 long flights equaling twenty hours in the air Mike and I arrived in Queenstown! Our good friends Lauren and Angelina picked us up from the airport and off we went to Wanaka for church at The Lighthouse. The Lighthouse started by Dave Nelson and his family in Mammoth Lakes California and has become a known church to the Ski and Snowboard community. Natalie Nelson Planted the church in Wanaka New Zealand a few years ago and God is truly blessing it! Everytime I attend church there it is like a family reunion. Tonight Andy Finch was helping lead worship with his violin....it still trips me out that Andy Finch plays violin so well.....he is a true renaissance man! Kelly Clark was also there and she is getting ready for the NZ Open which happens next week. It was such an honor to get to preach at The Lighthouse! So fun seeing everyone!! God is good!

I am excited to hang with the YWAM team this week!

Traveling to 5 continents with one of the most talented snowboard lineups ever, Dave Downing, Andy Finch, Matt Hammer, Tommy Czeschin, Kelly Clark, Janna Meyen and friends encounter more than epic powder lines and huge jumps. Throughout this year-long adventure we find out what really matters and makes sense in the hearts of our favorite pros. Introducing…One Year

One Year Premiere

Sunday, February 15th,  we arrived in Bend, OR to show our premier of "ONEYEAR". We were told by staff at the Tower Theater that we would be lucky just to fill the lower seats. As the night progressed, getting closer and closer to the start of the premier, the seats started filling. Not only were the lower seats filled, but every seat in the theater was taken. The doors were locked to prevent anymore people from coming in, and the house was packed. So much, that it was deemed fire marshal full. We were completely blown away at how God moved that night.  Seventy people came to know the Lord.

“The premiere was an amazing blessing.  With Mt. Bachelor in our backyard, we have so many youth living in Bend that snowboard.  We packed the theater with nearly 500 people and everyone watched amazing footage of pro riders along with hearing in-person testimonies of faith.  ONEYEAR really made an impact.”
